      Pros

      Excellent manager that listens and is always willing to help you out when needed. Flexibility in work schedule, good benefits, employees are all great, atmosphere has a positive vibe. Everyone on the team willing to lend a helping hand. Upper management is willing to help each employee become successful.

      Cons

      Can be long hours in peak season but that is normal for retail. Would like better raises/ bonus needed for the work put in.

      Coworkers are very nice and easy to work with

      Higher ups micromanage every move you make and the company has a huge issue with orders not being delivered on time that ends up being blamed on the sales rep
