Pros
I was hired in outbound sales. After 4 days I was let go - yes, 4 DAYS. I never even pitched a prospect!! I am a college educated sales professional with 15 years of total sales experience. Needless to say, I don't have too many positive things to say about these clowns.
Cons
Don't just walk away from this company - RUN! The sales floor is straight out of the movie "Boiler Room" and that is not a compliment. The new hire trainer is incredibly pretentious. The whole environment has a very uptight feel to it, I felt like I was walking around on eggshells the entire time I was there. I'm pretty sure they have a very high turnover rate. From what I could tell from my only trip in to the HR office is that in addition to the rest of the HR staff they have 2 full time people whose entire job is finding unfortunate souls to hire.
