      Good pay, was the only good thing

      Micromanagement to bizarre degrees. A weird dynamic that is harshly corporate but hides behind a “caring culture”. I didn’t enjoy working here. Robotic culture is what I call it

      - Some great clients, if you're staffed on a good one it's worth it - Solid benefits - Great coworkers - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Instability and lots of weird decisions being made (layoffs, increase in offshore hiring, personnel churn, inscrutable changes to bonus plan) likely driven by investor demands on profitability - Communication from leadership is tonedeaf and not transparent - Corporate, somewhat awkward company culture - No diversity in the leadership team
