      Pros

      There is a huge gap between the direction where the top leaders want to go and a very strong disconnect from middle management. VP's seem nice and solid.

      Cons

      I was caught in a world where anarchy thrives. We were like headless chickens running the. Business with no clear direction. No adequate plans when launching a program. Overstaffed and under delivered causing uncertainty in job security due to pack of preparation. If you like to sink or swim and fight to survive your welcome to try.

      Pros

      Great company that empowers its employees to succeed. They have quickly realized investing in your people will ensure its own success. I have had the pleasure to work with the top executives who are personable, understanding, and value employee input. Nearsol is in a rapid growth phase and supports its employees who have supported them. Management takes the time to get to know their employees and empowers them to succeed in areas that are interesting to them.
