Waste of time - Psychic Nebula Employee Review

I was scouted of on LinkedIn. I work as a clinical hypnothepist and thought why not trying this out part time. The recruitment process and training was an absolute nightmare! The "onboarding call" was a complete mess of people talking over each other with the call lead being totally overwhelmed. They kept sending me random emails to complete some training without sending me details...I had to ask multiply times for it ... It took about a month for them to "click in" what I needed. By then, my interest had fallen significantly low. Upon the training completion, I of course ran into more complications and was assigned a manager with poor English... I logged into the platform a few times and earned zero. You're supposed to work first 3minutes for free with every customer...and then make them stick to the call...you get €0.51 per minute after that... I unfortunately did not have enough time to work for free...the manager kept being on my case until they just said their good byes. I regret wasting my time so I'd strongly discourage from working for this company. It's more like charity work actually, where they make money but you don't.
