They're not paying ontime, direct deposit was not set up prior to my employment..but was an option regardless. When it came time to pay me they didn't and tell me "they're in talks with the bank" and that they'll "keep me posted"..but I always have to ask and it has taken weeks for the payment manager to get any headway with the bank. The ceo ignored my questions about company legitimacy on LinkedIn.
