      Pros

      The culture is awesome with very engaged leadership. Everyone is in lockstep toward the same goal(s) and always willing to help each other succeed. The company is setup for success and will be a well known name in the hyrbid and multi-cloud networking space very soon.

      Cons

      No real cons to report. If you work at Nefeli Networks expect to put in the hard work to keep up with everyone else.

      You get to work with a really smart team and great cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP, etc...

      Cons

      Still a smallish team after a few years. Big revamp in their cloud app offering this year. Might be chaotic for some.
