      - Mission & industry is fascinating - the main reason why I accepted the position - Although upper management was quite toxic, I enjoy working with peers

      Cons

      - Company pivots nearly every season of the year - seems like upper management has not been pleasing VCs for quite a while. - Seriously low pay & equity - Lack of career growth - People who disagree with the CEO are reprimanded or shouted at - Culture & Values are only externally-facing, words like "empathy" are thrown around but not practiced - Extremely shady legal & communication practices - Lack of HR

      Pros

      It appears to be a fun environment where everyone is purposeful in their interactions. The staff are very open, engaging, yet professional. The benefits package is amazing compared to most companies these days; and the hybrid schedule works well for me as it reinforces a work-life balance
