      Some genuine hard working field staff

      Cons

      Top heavy management versus lean field staff. Management totally uncaring towards staff. Management full of talk and don't deliver. Question managements honesty and integrity. Very poor quality of work produced and low productivity and low staff moral. Overall poor performing company.
