      Pros

      Great coworkers, excellent policies on work/life balance (including summer fridays and floating holidays), interesting and varied work. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay, have to fight for every small increase. Minimal opportunity to develop your career and move up, or even move laterally. Frustrating process for applying and interviewing for internal roles. More and more cuts seem to be happening, jobs eliminated.

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
