Pros

Great subsidized lunch area Edwin is working on many interesting things for the future of education You might meet or or two people in a building of 300 that you can bond with Free Parking Large facility

Cons

This place sells you on how they are growing as a company and why its great to work there. At first you take the bait, but as the days go by you understand and catch on very quickly with how the company runs. Within my first month working here 8 people were let go, and you find out through a constant email sent out by the HR department. It is not a place to grow, and people get used to their roles within the company and have no desire to change their routines. Outdated to say the least.

Pros

Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

Cons

The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
