Pros
Most people really care about the quality of work. Good reputation with customers.
Cons
Trend toward removing anyone with industry expertise for a very immature workforce that struggles with action, as well as toxic leadership who microamanage & sweep problems under the rug. Real danger as the company has now shed their higher Ed business and is betting the farm on School where the execs still have too much to learn... Used to have a great employee culture but that has disappeared.
