      Pros

      Very flexible and great vacation time. The office closes during the period between the Christmas and New Years holidays.

      Cons

      Almost no people of colour work there except for a small handful but management doesn't really notice, acknowledge or care about that.

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
