      Lots of autonomy (if that is what you like); set your own schedule; worked with professionals; some departments more willing to help you then others.

      Cons

      Pay was not great; lots of work for little reward / recognition; some higher management very demanding of time; little work / life balance; some people in other departments that were supposed to help you did not.

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
