There is a difference between running a contact center and FinTech (Contact Center for a FinTech) - Retaliatory Practices, Micro Management and poor Coordination amongst stakeholders - Training Gaps - No Work/Life balance - No Job Security (Hire<>Fire) - Lack of transparency - Favoritism: Ex- STD (Skip the Dishes), Co-Founders favorites and Manager's pets are rewarded, retained and recognized even if they are slackers.
