The environmental when you're a leadership is quite hard due to the close mind from some C-Levels.

Salary is ok but you will have to take a lot of bs. Some people are very nice.

Horrible management, shady schemes and activities, everything is done based on whom you know. Salaries in cash or in crypto for some teams/people. Lots of russian employees and management.
