Very fun and inviting atmosphere. They are in the process of putting in a lounge area and have a ping pong table where games break out frequently. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with all kinds of snacks. Performance is rewarded and recognized. On our weekly calls, management frequently weighs in to celebrate wins, or elaborate on difficulties to help solve issues. Extremely collaborative atmosphere. You get to see the nuts and bolts of the insurance marketing world. The training regimen is fast, but the expectations are extremely realistic. The technology that the company gives us to work with is great! There was a bit of a learning curve for me to get used to Apple products, but now I love them. Mentorship with a career in mind. My manager wants to see me grow and evolve with the company, and frequently lets me know of their investment in my future. Extremely welcoming workplace - I have never felt out of place or outcast in any way. Use of project management software makes inter-departmental collaboration extremely easy and is great for accountability. The company actively encourages and supports the betterment of yourself. I have had the company purchase courses to further my education on specific items that I was both interested in, and would benefit the company. Management is extremely invested in your personal success.

There is some construction and street noise that can be distracting. If you do not like challenges, this place is not for you. The speed at which the market moves can be intimidating to some. Being asked to drop projects that we have sunk hours into can be a bit disheartening.

I have worked at Neo for almost a year and amazed at how well the organization is structured and operates. It's a small team with a lot of impactful participants that I am proud to work with. The executive team has a solid strategic vision of who they are and where they need to be to maximize success, not only for the company but to all the employees supporting the objectives and every partner that onboards with Neo. Everyone does a remarkable job at partnering and doing the right thing with all parties involved. I have worked in several industries, small and large, for over 25 years and to be part of an organization with so many challenging and rewarding assignments is why I joined the company. The management team is thoughtful with every action they take. They balance the commercial rewards of the actions against the impact it has to the organization and the people involved. It's a leadership style that is not easily deployed elsewhere.

Being in the heart of downtown Miami has its challenges at times with traffic and commuting and isn't central to where most employees commute from. The direction the company is heading is exciting and the work to fulfill those objectives are rewarding. However, with so many moving parts, and constant shift in priorities, it’s at times challenging to deliver world class results with such a lean team.
