      You will lose your identity You will lose your respect You will be made to slog outside your shift timings and will still never be valued No work ethics No management sense

      You have only worked with us for 3 months. I am sorry you felt this way. We tried everything we could to make the situation work, and it's unfortunate that it didn't. We are guilty of having high expectations of everyone we employ, starting from the CEO. But we are proud of the challenging yet collaborative environment we create for all employees alike. It is a very small world, and our paths will cross again, so all I wish you is much luck in your next endeavours.

      There are no pros as such apart from wfh

      Cons

      You will be asked to work after working hours, They hold salary of staff unethically and asked employees to leave without allowing them to serve notice period. They have delayed gratuity of employees as well. I served my mutually agreed notice period of 2.5 months. The company HR told me that they won't pay me leave encashment as I did not serve 3 months' notice period. I left the company 6 months ago and the company still haven't paid my gratuity amount yet. First, I was told the company don't have enough funds to pay me. Now they want me to work few more days for free. Even after working for 13 years in this company they are not ready to pay, not sure what will happen if anyone works for few years and leave the organisation
