Pros

Flexibility in work hours (subjective to your team lead). Positive Friday culture. Openness to put forward your views. Open channel of communication.

Cons

Unqualified senior staff for any proper training or intelligence to accept new opinions. Make you fill hundred forms from HR etc perspective, DO NOT trust them to be anonymous. They are just formality and no implementation. They throw you under the bus to work long hours and weekends ( with no proper instructions, no standardized system, depends on when you were hired). Sincerity is met by less ratings and further tactics to give fake feedback to reduce future ratings. You may want to be the best employee but your work is not recognised and top of that they will try to make it out like you didnt work at all. They will lure you with money or people culture just during hiring. Unorganised methods and quality checks. Just work and work, no personal growth is allowed, and no compensation as well. If you are sincere they will give you more work and deny your good work during annual reviews.

Pros

I love how the team is so dedicated to supporting each other and always improving. This shows up internally and with the customers. So refreshing.

Cons

It's mostly remote now but exploring hybrid options.

Pros

Neo has the energy of a startup that looks for innovative ways to work, develop new ideas and demands their team members to think differently and have a point of view. Neo thrives on a very informal and flat hierarchy which encourages team members to be able to reach out to anybody to learn and grow. The senior executives as well as the CEO are easily accessible to even the most junior team member to discuss ideas or seek help. Neo is a well acknowledged thought leader in the globalization space, and its niche offerings have helped bring success to a long list of Fortune 500 clients. So we have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest clients in the world, and our work impacts their growth and success.

Cons

As a global organization, we we work with team members in different time zones and are often required to work beyond a typical 9-5 schedule. More HR initiatives are required for remote team members to better collaborate and engage with their geographically dispersed team members
