No pros for working with this company. It is a complete waste of time, you will not move forward or be trained properly. There is no communication between departments.
Cons
Horrible training practices. Unclear protocols. Vague company policies that are always changing. Hired me for a different position than what they trained me for. Unorganized and hectic work environment. False advertisement of product leading to very uncomfortable backlash.
