Good work environment. They have flexible schedule with the option for hybrid remote work.

The two primary drawbacks are management and compensation. The salary for my role was significantly below the current market rate, and there were no clear opportunities for meaningful pay increases. Management lacked a clear strategic vision, leading to frequently changing priorities and confusion within the team. While the team members themselves were great, leadership was disconnected and offered little support for career development.

The company offers great benefits, organizes a monthly after-office for the team, and has an amazing culture where people are close and your voice is genuinely heard.

Some projects still run on older versions of the stack as the company gradually renews and modernizes its portfolio. Salaries are somewhat below the top end of the market.
