      Pros

      They are following the Google and Yahoo models in terms of business, not so good in terms of employees benefits. Pay is ok for beginners, mediocre for seniors, bad for managers (I've been told). If you're a freshman, prepare to learn lots of stuff. If you're a seasoned professional, not so much.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities are weak to none. Benefits mediocre or weak.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers, clear safety protocols, great exposure to testing equipment, steady hours, and approachable supervisors.

      Cons

      Limited growth if you stay in one role too long, pay raises are modest, communication across teams can lag, lab can get repetitive during peak season, benefits could be more competitive.
