1- for fresher max salary is 12000only no pf 2- No extra benefit in company 3- only 12 leaves, no other leaves, if take more than this, the salary will deduct. 4- working hour more than 12. CEO force to stay in company after 7 also and tells to come in 8;15 sharp, if anyone delayed for 5 min 50% salary deduct for the day. As well have to come on festival and sunday , but no extra money or relaxation for that. 5- traveling cost is fine, but hotel staying limit is 800 no matter how many person will go and which city we stay. 6- on site meal limit is 120 rs for whole day. If you have food for more than 120. They will not reimburse your money. 7- salary was not credited at time. Mostly it credited after 20th of next month. Sometimes they keep the salary for a month also. 8- for project basis, mostly defence related projects but they use cheep material and methods and not caring about any dangerous things in defence. 9- CEO are mostly abusive and have no idea about electrical and any small concept things, he will blame you.
