Pros

Paycheck always on time, enough time to have a personal life, low level of stress

Cons

Low career opportunities, stuck at the same position for years, no team spirit between the employees, and also no team spirit between the employer and the employees

Thanks. Career opportunities have always been round the corner for employees since 2007: from country rotations to job rotations or even new projects and training sessions, the variety is great. Sorry for the low team spirit you lived, people are the most important asset in the Company and the environment is young, vital and pleasant.

International multicultural company. Young and enthusiastic people. Great for starting career, but shouldn't stay longer than 2 years

Bad managment, poor service and content for customers.

Pros

From to 2009 until 2015/16 this was one of the best place to work not only in Italy. Very well defined targets and career paths. Lot of opportunity for growth, job rotations, and many opportunities to have international experiences in one of the different offices worlwide. Lots of trainings, personal coach, and well-defined appraisal model, focusing a lot con company's values. Lots of team building events, Amazing talented colleagues. Different people who lived that "era" ended up in big companies like Google, Facebook, Apple or started their own start-up. After 2015, when founders stepped back, many things changed. The Company is being rebranded down Digital GO, New CEO and Executives coming from the Telco ecosystem brought much more bureaucracy, politics, inefficiency, and above all they lost all the good things, especially on People/HR, the company had. Many talented people left, all first line management is italian (contrary to what it used to be with much more international environment), unclear strategy, continuous changes of direction, no sharing among people, employees mood at the lowest ever. 6 starts for what it used to be, 2 stars for what it is now.

Cons

As said previously last 2/3 years there was a complete abandonment of all excellent and forefront HR/People practices. Centralized decision making process, much more politics and inefficiency. No clear strategy, people have become "just a number".
