- People always get to work on new and exciting projects in industries that they're passionate about, I can't think of a single boring project in my 4+ years at NR. - Executive leadership has ~10 years of experience in the tech/service industry and frequently takes the time to educate/pass this down to employees. CEO personally takes the time to mentor me and others at the company. - There are never failures, only opportunities. Despite coming in as a rookie and making countless mistakes as I learned the ropes, I never felt pressured to perform or like my position was being threatened. Instead, I was always given hands-on help and support from peers and management. - Working remote and getting to set my own schedule is an absolute dream.

- It's not a con for me, but I know some people may be turned off by the fast-paced nature of the startup/tech environment.

If you need it for the money or the connections in the tech industry, pay your dues I guess.

This is not the place to work. My contract was different than what my job requirements were. In addition, the CEO would passively make comments about "unnamed employee" issues on social media for his followers, which is where most of his business comes from. In addition, there was no work/life balance. All hours of my day were dedicated to work, even when we were not in work hours. My job security quickly faltered when they decided to shift many of my job duties overseas. When confronted about harassing and detrimental work behavior, I was promptly removed from the company within 2 hours of the confrontation. This is not a workplace, this is a sweatshop.
