Does not really invest in your career - Anonymous employee Neonode Employee Review

Promises to invest in your career, but doesn't really do that. No room, time or budget for courses or seminars for any of the employees. There are yearly performance reviews but they're rarely followed up and executed on. Really bad at planning for handovers when an employee switches workplaces.
