      Pros

      Friendly environment that allows you to take on new project and challenge yourself. Great job for self driven people who want to exceed in helping other find what they need. Allows for great team bonding as long as your other coworkers are up for it. Management is very forthcoming and wants to see you grow.Overall if you can take constructive criticism well you can learn so much and become a big part of anything you want here. Overall a great place to work .

      Unfortunately this being a very team based work environment if someone in your team is selfish and makes things difficult it can make your work day a little more challenging but then again who doesn’t enjoy a nice challenge.

      Pros

      Family first workplace. Very supportive management that is always willing to help with any personal/family problems going on. Never had to worry about my job while caring for a sick family member.

      Pros

      I've never worked anywhere else where the Leadership Team invests so much in people. There is no feeling of division. Everyone is willing to chip in and cross team lines to help where needed. Toxic attitudes are not tolerated. If you're not a team player, this is not the place for you. Products are also interesting and fun to work with. You can have pride in the fact that you're contributing to global sustainability efforts. Longevity is rampant with multiple members having 30+ years of tenure. Coaching and knowledge sharing is highly encouraged. Regular team and all staff meetings show transparency. Great place to be!

      Lean management leaves little space for upward mobility but personal and professional growth options are still readily available
