01. The company have no good projects. 02. Unprofessional working environment. 03. No salary growth, Only fake promises. 04. Fortunately if you got project then also No fix requirements, Project Manager will decide requirement of project and you will have to do the same work again n again. 05. In this company no matters how good you are. There will be no growth. 06. If you join as a fresher then no matter whether you are software engineer or support engineer salary will be 10k fix for all. 07. Nothing to learn new. But its truth you will loss your self whatever you have.
