Brilliant levels of training for all positions. Day off on your Birthday. The analyst position gives you access to a fast-paced, exciting role which has you thinking on your feet and learning quickly. Lots of opportunity for growth in your role (I was promoted within 8 months of joining).
Cons
As with any company that has grown so quickly, it lost some of the start-up culture which the company had. With OSINT in its infancy, sometimes management and sales teams had problems accurately describing the product. No opportunity for analysts to work from home, but senior management were flexible with working hours on some occasions.
