      Flexibility of work hours, time off. Possibility of bringing very valuable products to the market. The pay is above average in order to compensate for the risks.

      Cons

      Small company, high risk. Few opportunities to learn new technologies. Inadequate funding for the projects is chronic, so it is hard to get the job done properly.
