      Ordinary, basically good general population

      Cons

      No diversity, management playing favorites is an understatement, local management resentful of company ownership and tries to hide what they do. Unequal hiring criteria and subjective use of company policies....if they don't personally like you.....you're history regardless of the quality of your work. Stop preaching you're beliefs when you don't live them.

      Neptco has gated parking for employees

      Cons

      Works 7 days a week Out of 7 days a week it is mandatory to pick 3 days you can work 12 hours. Treated unfairly Everyone's pay is different even if they have the same experience. They expect you to work in snow storms if you dont make it in, you will be pointed. 50 some stairs you have to climb before you start your shift. Lots of safety hazards Unorganized Open door policy but literally watches from the camera in their office and wont open the door. Sexist company. Do not train enough Supervisors lie on you .
