Pros
Sad I had to leave when the Space Shuttle program ended. Enjoyed my time there, working up the ranks and becoming a part of the decision-making process. Company treated employees well and would even rehire people they had to let go in lean times.
Cons
Company was completely reliant on outside sources of income, usually government contracts. If contracts weren't won, sometimes people would have to be let go.
