Not a good place to work - Home Specialist Neptune Employee Review

Absolutely rubbish salary, considering everything you are asked to do. Cleaning literally every minute that you are not talking to customers, including toilets. Customers are very stuck up and rude No progression in job role No staff questionnaires to see how people feel about working there Company just wants to make money, does not care about employees. No commission even though you are placing huge orders. I once made Neptune £21k in a week.. and I get paid less than £18k a year. Ridiculous. Have to work 7 days a week, not entitled to weekends off. Head office gets to shut over the xmas period for a week, stores stay open. The discount is great, but when you cant afford to save practically anything each month, why on earth would you spend your money on expensive furniture.
