      Great team and beautiful showroom. Supportive management team.

      Salary is a bit low and no sick pay. Customer base is challenging and lack of support & professionalism from Neptune Head Office.

      Pros

      Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

      Cons

      There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
