      Lack of communication and poor management of the company and processes leads to high stress levels and frustration with lack of accountability on the manufacturing and quality control

      Pros

      Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

      Cons

      There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
