      Pros

      There's been a better focus on employee feedback, we feel more listened to and positive changes have been seen. I like the focus we have on staying strong in a difficult retail environment.

      Cons

      Better communication from senior people to help us understand the priorities. We love this company but teams are not working as well as they could be or want to be

      Pros

      Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

      Cons

      There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
