      Nothing is organized or stable. They forget to pay their employee, mostly new immigrants in Canada Dishonesty Everybody finish in a sixk leave. The boat is sinked

      Set shifts, easy work. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Incompetent employees, worse management. Easier getting blood out of a stone than getting things done. Paid by check, hours missing, sometimes paid by Neptune other times by a numbered company.
