Pros
The mentorship at Nested Bean is why decided to join this team. The President of Nested Bean hires smart and driven people, making my job easier as I was onboarded. I feel trusted to make decisions and have been given the autonomy to build processes and lead. Work-life balance is the best I've ever experienced in my career and that makes for a happier work place, especially when working from home since COVID began. Nested Bean offers the chance to wear many hats and learn a lot, both things that I think are valuable to me in my career.
Cons
Pay could be better, but still competitive with most companies when bonus is included. Lean team that is rapidly growing naturally has growing pains with minimal hand-holding in your onboarding, which can be a good or bad thing depending on your personality.
