Pros

Overall the people/staff is great. Everyone is friendly and the staff (not necessary Senior Management) is always willing to help. Free breakfast on Fridays is one of the best perks Some cool employee outings including Chauncey Creek

Cons

There are so many I can't count. The CEO, though a nice guy, has no business running a company. He does not know how to lead, motivate and manager. The CFO, with government experience,is out for what is best for himself as he waits for retirement and does not understand how to run a profitable private business. The CEO does not listen to his employees about the business and blames them for poor morale. Morale starts at the top level. Look around you. The platform that they work off is obsolete and the customers realize that they can get better sends and a cheaper price elsewhere and that is why sales are falling. There is also word on the street that they will be bringing back a former employee who has been incarcerated! Not sure I would want to work with a former convict!!!!!! But bring him back and watch even more of the staff leave. The company is already at a 100% turnover rate over the last year or so!

Pros

1. Hands-On Learning: Working at NetAtlantic provided me with invaluable hands-on experience. I had the opportunity to work on various projects within different departments which significantly enhanced my technical skills and practical knowledge. 2. Mentorship: The guidance and mentorship I received from experienced professionals at the company were outstanding. Their insights and willingness to share their expertise had a positive influence on my early career development. 3. Positive Company Culture: The company's culture was a definite pro. NetAtlantic fostered an environment of growth and learning. This allowed me to ask questions, explore new ideas, and take on challenges

Cons

1. Brief Duration: One of the main drawbacks of my internship was its brevity. My time at the company was relatively short, which limited the depth of my involvement in projects and the opportunity to fully immerse myself in the company's culture. 2. Limited Scope: Due to the short duration of my internship, I had a somewhat limited scope of responsibilities. This made it challenging to fully explore the diverse aspects of the industry and company operations.
