Pros

Close to the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA. A beautiful museum.

Cons

There is nothing great about this company. It is email marketing. The CEO no longer understands the market or his customers. Business is tanking. The employees have no motivation! Turnover is very high! Even I could not believe it at first. The CEO takes attendance for employees, managers, and executives. There is definitely a screw loose upstairs. Management meetings are worthless, unproductive, and more of a feel-good for the CEO who does not work in or on his business. The CEO is not a visionary nor innovator. He is lucky but the fact that the business is declining has shown people the true colors.

Compensation (salary) could improve slightly.

Pros

1. Hands-On Learning: Working at NetAtlantic provided me with invaluable hands-on experience. I had the opportunity to work on various projects within different departments which significantly enhanced my technical skills and practical knowledge. 2. Mentorship: The guidance and mentorship I received from experienced professionals at the company were outstanding. Their insights and willingness to share their expertise had a positive influence on my early career development. 3. Positive Company Culture: The company's culture was a definite pro. NetAtlantic fostered an environment of growth and learning. This allowed me to ask questions, explore new ideas, and take on challenges

Cons

1. Brief Duration: One of the main drawbacks of my internship was its brevity. My time at the company was relatively short, which limited the depth of my involvement in projects and the opportunity to fully immerse myself in the company's culture. 2. Limited Scope: Due to the short duration of my internship, I had a somewhat limited scope of responsibilities. This made it challenging to fully explore the diverse aspects of the industry and company operations.
