So much potential and actual great learning paths; a great culture from the managers down.

This was one of the most disorganized companies I've worked for, and it was that way well before I joined — shifting priorities with no clear ownership, processes that existed on paper but were never followed, and constant scrambling that could've been avoided with basic planning.
