Not very organized for a company - Anonymous employee Net Sales Direct Employee Review

Management refuses to take employees advice or suggestions to improve the business. High turnover rate. Everything I would come to a meeting I would see a new face or someone was gone. Upper management doesn't even have the skills to accomplish what they want the employees to do. No training opportunities and tiny bonus if anything at all. Shady accounting practices. One guy quit and they tried to sue him. Steer clear of this company.
