I dont think even it used to have pros. They've all disappeared over the years.

The company has rotted from the inside. Micromanagement escalates annually. More rules, less trust. The no-eating policy is enforced selectively as a punishment tool. Washroom hygiene is a joke. Water shortages are monthly events. I stay only because I'm too exhausted to interview elsewhere.

Stipend is ok. Nothing else.

Interns are treated as free overtime labor. Micromanagement extends to interns — constant check-ins, criticism with no guidance. Washroom conditions are appalling for a so-called tech company. Break-time rules enforced harshly. Zero mentorship. Zero learning. Just grunt work and surveillance. Most interns from my batch left with negative impressions. Avoid this company even as a stepping stone.
