Communication skill/ frequency. People here tend to avoid communication. They are either too reluctant to voice their true opinion or being too straightforward to make people feel uncomfortable. Feeling distant is a norm here. Rollout Speed is rather slow. Mainly because the communication problem which causes some Knowledge Gap between teams. Based on 2 above reasons.
