      Free Lunch 2x week, 401K, HSA

      Cons

      Culture has been completely gutted. Stingy with merit increases. Fails to appropriately recognize hard work and commitment. Almost never promotes internally. 9 times out of 10 will opt for the fancy degree or resume from outside the company. Acts like they care about the employees, but clearly do not based on their actions and how they compensate. Has not felt like a company I could call family for years.

      Pros

      Company is great and has its faults. Feel like the CS team is the only one quickly 'leveling up' but it takes a while to get ducks in a row. My experience has been pretty good, with usual frustrations. But after years in the legal industry and few years with ND, the OCSM is by far the best team I have ever worked with hands down. We are always busy but we support each other and the systems in place are pretty great, need a few fixes.

      Executive leadership talks about making strong, well thought out decisions but maybe they're thinking a little too long. Feels like we are being talked at as I don't really feel a connection with them.
