Lack of direction and communication, just a bunch of repeated and regurgitated corporate speak fluff from all senior management. Horrible work/life balance. Unrealistic expectations. No appreciation or recognition. Gestapo HR department, nobody is on your side. Toxic, high stress, abysmal work environment.
