Pros

- Helpful colleagues helping out when starting out. -Nice pantry

Cons

-Salary is low with much OT (Forced to do trouble tickets, sometimes starting at 8:30am and finishing at 1AM.) -Fail to comply results in you not working in a team. -Lack of communication between departments. -HR does not look into the safety of employees working drastically above the allowed working hours per day as per MOM ruling. - Lack of a prospect if you start from the bottom. -Old fashioned hierarchy -To progress through the ranks, one must be an apple polisher to get the appraisal from one's former boss.(They like it there trust me) - No Standby allowance during weekends, only get paid OT when called back. -No Buddy system, each person outside must and will probably be working alone, independent which has a risk of safetey. -No buddy system call back after office hours. Safety issue. Overall no prospect for this company unless all you are looking for is OT or a company who rarely recognizes effort and achievement due to favoritism of specific races.

Pros

Worked as an Associate Engineer and gained valuable exposure to Singapore’s telecom infrastructure and network operations. The company provides a stable working environment with opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. Good place for fresh graduates or engineers who want to understand project coordination, contractor management, and operational processes. Colleagues are generally supportive and teamwork across departments is decent.

Cons

Career progression may feel slow unless you actively take on additional responsibilities

Pros

The working environment is quite stable, and the colleagues are supportive, which makes it easier to learn and adapt. The company also provides good exposure to infrastructure operations on a large scale, and the work-life balance is better than what you usually hear about in other industries. I also like that NetLink Trust encourages continuous improvement through Lean initiatives. There are opportunities to share ideas, improve workflows, and actually see changes being implemented.

Cons

Because the company is currently evolving and implementing new initiatives, employees may experience changing priorities and an increase in adhoc work. The pace of change can occasionally be challenging while teams adapt to the new direction.
