The company provides a stable working environment with opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. Good place for fresh graduates or engineers who want to understand project coordination, contractor management, and operational processes. Colleagues are generally supportive and teamwork across departments is decent.

The working environment is quite stable, and the colleagues are supportive, which makes it easier to learn and adapt. The company also provides good exposure to infrastructure operations on a large scale, and the work-life balance is better than what you usually hear about in other industries. I also like that NetLink Trust encourages continuous improvement through Lean initiatives. There are opportunities to share ideas, improve workflows, and actually see changes being implemented.

Because the company is currently evolving and implementing new initiatives, employees may experience changing priorities and an increase in adhoc work. The pace of change can occasionally be challenging while teams adapt to the new direction.
