Pros
Nice presents occasionally. Pretty good bonus, although when we were supposed to get our bonuses there were magically "budget cuts", I firmly believe however that good pay does not overseed a toxic workplace.
Cons
Ever since the original owner of the company left and was replaced by the current one, Internal politics spill into day to day workplace. As a result the management team gets affected and lacks leadership, direction, and unity causing for complete turmoil. Issues between employees arise to the point of full out yelling matches across the office with no recourse or reprecussions. The home/work balance is horrendous - weekend? Forget about it, you will get calls from the CFO and CEO on your weekend, and evenings if the need arises. In addition, any verbal agreement at the start of your job - forget about it.
