Pros

There are plenty of companies that talk about ambitious expansion plans, you get in the door and its nothing more than a pipe dream. That is not the case at NetPay. I work in the merchant services business in the UK, the proposition is very different to that of ISO's an acquirers which is a lot to do with the technology that exists in the business (and thats a good thing). Some strong partnerships in place with leading brands and a few big names coming close to dropping. Great growth opportunities even in a competitive industry. Some good benefits. Pensions now in place, extra days holiday for each years service, refreshments, food occasionally, team events, bonuses available in certain roles. Work environment is new and fresh, cost a couple of quid no doubt.

Cons

As with any growth there are challenges but one by one the business seems to be addressing those and hopefully the growth will present promotional opportunities as well.

Pros

It is a convenient walk to local shops. You get fruit once a week Company pension It has potential but the negatives outweigh the positives

Cons

If you like to be micromanaged within an inch of your life and never truly get to make a decision for yourself then go for it. Toxic atmosphere in the office. You never know A) what mood the management team are in B) this can change in a blink of an eye C) Your work colleagues and management will be your best "friends" a term used all the time and means nothing but they will stab you in the back in a heartbeat to detract from their own incompetency. Watch your back and keep your head down. You will always feel anxious that you are not doing a good job or if you get invited into the glass office on a Friday afternoon you will question whether you are about to be told you are sacked. There is high staff turnover and it is always the employees fault and not the management style or lack of support. No flexible working Constant money problems, suppliers not being paid etc.
